Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refunds for engagements with Welookup Insights LLP. The specific commercial terms of your engagement (the signed proposal or statement of work) take precedence over this page.
1. Scope
Welookup Insights delivers professional consulting and managed-talent services. Engagements are either (a) fixed-scope milestone projects or (b) monthly retainers / time-and-materials.
2. Cancellation
- Milestone projects: either party may terminate for material breach with 14 days’ written notice if the breach is not cured.
- Retainers / time-and-materials: either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
3. Refund eligibility
- Unused prepaid hours or undelivered milestones are refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of confirmed cancellation.
- Completed milestones, work-in-progress accepted by you, and third-party pass-through costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, net of any payment-processor fees.
4. How to cancel or request a refund
Email legal@welookupinsights.com from the address on file with your engagement, citing your invoice or SOW number.
5. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve concerns within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes are handled under the governing-law section of your engagement contract or, in its absence, our Terms.
