Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you must not do on welookupinsights.com or with any service we provide.
1. Prohibited conduct
- Breaking applicable law, infringing IP, or impersonating any person or entity.
- Uploading malware, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with the integrity or performance of the site.
- Scraping, harvesting or mass-downloading content beyond ordinary browser use.
- Sending spam, harassment, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful or sexually explicit.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling any part of the site except as permitted by law.
2. Security research
We welcome good-faith vulnerability reports. Please test only against accounts you own, never access or exfiltrate other users’ data, and disclose responsibly to legal@welookupinsights.com before any public disclosure. We will not pursue legal action against researchers acting in good faith and in compliance with this policy.
3. Automated access
Automated agents must respect robots.txt and reasonable rate limits. We may block traffic that degrades service for other users.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Violations may also breach our Terms.
5. Reporting abuse
Report violations to legal@welookupinsights.com.
